With a deep commitment to the guiding wisdom of the inner life, intuitive knowing of the body, the illumination of relationships and the undiscovered possibilities that exist in-between moments of understanding, Christina believes the greatest potential for healing lays innately within the soul of each individual. Moving within the texture of each moment, she invites a slow, deepening relationship to the self, allowing experience to become the greatest teacher and encouraging individuals to listen more deeply for lessons found within often overlooked, uncomfortable or shattered places. Here, she gently encourages a softening into the change that unfolds naturally when we are held in thoughtful wonder toward ourselves and another…
Her work does not “treat,” cure or deduce experience to normative, prescriptive or quantifiable ideas, goals or outcomes, but is fundamentally oriented toward process; following, reflecting, guiding, inviting and witnessing the innate purpose within each person as we continue deepening into our becoming.
Christina delights in working with young adults, those navigating middle age, end of life, groups & with couples.

At the end of the Field
Side by side, two horses work the same field for so long that the plow that binds them falls apart. For some time, they drag the harness that has tamed them.
One still feels the weight of the plow, while the other knows it is suddenly free.
They look at each other as mirrors they fear. One keeps plowing, even without a plow, while the other, not knowing where to go, leaves.
